The COTS Neightborhood
Close to Center City with bustling West Main Street forming its northern border, the Changing of the Scenes Neighborhood (formerly known as Mayors' Heights) is a stimulating mix of older and newer residences, commercial and retail establishments, and busy workplaces.
Within Mayors Heights is the iconic Nick Tahou's Hots restaurant, the center of the universe for those enamored with the famous Rochester culinary invention, the Garbage Plate. Also in Mayor's Heights is the award-winning Anthony Square, a handsome new residential development along West Main Street that replaced a derelict public housing relic from the urban renewal era.
